Highest quality tool room using 4D technology to produce VMC dies.

Our faucet bodies are die cast using virgin quality brass ingots and the most technologically advanced core shooters to ensure a smooth internal finish.

Our cutting-edge CNC machines ensure the highest standard of threading, with surfaces finished to a high degree of smoothness.

The surface of the bodies is ground and polished by skilled artisans to attain a perfect base sheen. This is followed by the state-of-the-art electroplating plant, where every faucet undergoes chrome finish: first a coating of copper, then 10 micron nickel coating, and lastly 0.3 micron chromium plating.

Faucets are put under the most rigorous tests at each step of manufacturing, which include the pressure test, life cycle test and 450+ hours of salt spray test to ensure product performance remains perfect throughout its lifetime.

A cartridge, being the most critical part of faucets, controls the flow of water. JABRA's engineering team designs its cartridges to assure maximum performance in terms of basic valving function, resistance to liming and problem-free usage.
All the quarter-turn faucets use brass headworks to give longer-lasting operation. Each and every fitting undergoes state-of-the-art hydrostatic testing at 10 bar to ensure product quality and leakage-free operation.
The honeycomb structure replaces conventional meshes prone to lime formation. Its structure can't be crushed, leading to an extended life. The anti-clogging dome screen filters the impurities and sediments.
